It is a simple plugin that presents the backlinks or bottom - top page links you see on a website you enter in the url section. It can offer you suggestions by listing the addresses you have entered and visited before. You can go to the selected page with one click.
When the plugin is installed, it comes passively. Just activate it from the settings menu.
